As ULTBIAS Blue is primarily a pre-order website, restocks are very rare. However, we will have some reserve stock available to order after each campaign. We recommend following our social media or joining our mailing list for announcements.

Can I combine multiple orders after they've been placed?

No, orders cannot be combined once placed.

Can I make changes to my existing order?

You can make a request to update your shipping address through our contact form or by email to [email protected]. However, you cannot update your payment method, remove or add items in your order. Requests to combine separate orders will be dec

Gift wrapping is currently not offered.

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Gift cards are not available at this time.

Can I place a tax-exempt order?

Our shipping includes customs, tax and duties. We do not currently support tax-exempt purchases.

How do I check if an item I want is currently in stock?

Availability is clearly displayed on each product’s page.

How do you handle orders with both in-stock and pre-order items?

We have customised our website to disallow this. However, if it does happen, all the items in the order will need to be consolidated before shipping them out.

Why did items in my cart disappear at checkout?

Placing items in the cart does not reserve them. Items may sell out quickly due to high demand. Completing checkout promptly is advised.
