Please contact us through our contact form or by email to [email protected]. You may cancel pre-orders at any time as long as it is 7 days prior to the shipment date but how the refunds are handled are different in each stages of ordering.  In the event that in-stock items are purchased, they may be cancelled within 60 minutes of order confirmation as long as customer support is available during business hours. This is to ensure that we have sufficient time to intercept the fulfilment process. Once cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation.
