For a short explanation:

1. During the Concept Stage, you will be able to support a product by putting your credit card details. If the Concept's goal is met, you will be charged immediately to secure your product. To reward collectors who supported during this stage, they will receive 10% off the product.

2. If you didn't order during Concept Stage, you can order during the Pre-Order Stage provided the Concept was successful. During the Pre-Order Stage, you can secure the product and payment will be charged immediately. However, there will be no discount and it is at full price. The benefit of ordering in this Stage is that you will secure your order.
