Contact us immediately by emailing to [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item(s). We will require photos of the original packaging and the packaging parcel - not just images of the items unboxed only.
If you are unable to provide the above or supply photos/videos of the damaged items ONLY this will not guarantee replacement/compensation.
