Please be sure to monitor your tracking regularly and are available when the parcel is delivered. If your order had been delivered but you have not received it, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
If you parcel arrives damaged, and you have included Route Protection Please make a claim with them by visiting the following link https://claims.route.com/. Otherwise, our support team will require photos of the damaged items, the shipping label and shipping box to make a claim with the carrier for compensation.
Please Note: whether or not we are able to provide compensation will depend on the outcome of the claim as damage in transit is often out of our control.
