How do Pre-Orders work?

Campaign updates are provided via email, tracking page, product pages and on our ULTBIAS Blue campaign pages.

Will pre-order ULTBIAS Blue products ever be available from other retailers?

Pre-order items are exclusively available through ULTBIAS Blue with no guarantee of future availability elsewhere. However, some stock will be allocated on our local warehouse at ultbias.com (Australia) and ultbias.us (USA)

Are promo codes accepted for pre-order products?

Promo codes and discounts are not accepted for pre-order

Can I cancel my ULTBIAS Blue pre-order?

Yes, cancellations are accepted during the campaign and at least 7 days prior to the shipping date. All cancellations are final. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy in detail here

No, this is not allowed. Only Concept Products can be mixed together and Pre-Order Products can be mixed together.
